Natalie has almost 40 years leading the Education and Leadership/ Organizational Effectiveness Team at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
As part of her role at OSU Wexner Medical Center she worked as an internal coach to help/support high potential leaders throughout the organization.
Prior to that, Natalie taught communication and public speaking at a community college.
Additionally, Natalie has worked extensively with leaders outside the academic setting, who seek greater confidence, leader effectiveness, and organizational presence. She currently teaches classes on both Executive Presence and Public Speaking to MBA students at Case Western Reserve University.
She received a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Theatre/Communication from Heidelberg University.
Natalie is certified by Co-active Training Institute (CTI) and holds an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is certified in administration of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and The Center for Creative Leadership’s Career Architect Tool. Additionally, she has experience with a number of other tools including the StrengthsFinder.
Natalie is a professional storyteller and a lover of poetry, and often uses these creative lenses to support her clients’ growth and insights.
