This program enforces the importance of taking ownership and accountability in addition to new skills needed to be an effective manager in the organization. Participants learn best practices, common pitfalls, and solutions to help them become successful in their roles. This engaging workshop provides participants with opportunities to practice and fine-tune the skills they learn. Tips on managing and connecting with co-workers and clients virtually will be woven throughout the training.


Participants will receive a certification after completing the course.

This Manager’s Tool Kit training can be delivered three different ways:

- Six 75-minute sessions

- Three 2-hour sessions

- One full day


In each training session skills will be introduced and practiced. This

will allow participants to apply what was learned between the sessions.

This training is designed to maintain momentum and continuity for

managers to successfully acquire vital skills and best practices.
