Taryn has over 22 years of experience working with individuals from the junior levels up through senior executives. With an advanced degree in Human Development, she sits on the board of NJAWBO, along with holding several commensurate licenses and certifications.
Extensive experience in the field of human interaction at both the clinical and field level has allowed her to help companies address behavioral and interpersonal barriers that could negatively impact an organization.
As part of her practice, Taryn conducts workplace training on a variety of topics ranging from communication and soft skills, unconscious bias, multigenerational workforce, and diversity and inclusion. Her unique approach consisting of executive training, behavioral consulting, one-on-one and group training is designed to strengthen workplace culture and interpersonal relations.
Taryn has spoken around the country in various capacities on topics such as fostering a harassment free work environment, fostering cultures of respect and civility, and increasing workplace emotional intelligence. She has worked with leadership teams of all sizes and culture backgrounds to improve collaboration and corporate culture.
She holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University-Bloomington in Human Development and Family Studies, and a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Drexel University. She also completed sales training from the Sandler Insitute in Edison.
Taryn is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SCP certified), and is a board member and Leadership Chair for the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners, She is a member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, and an active member and volunteer at the Society for Human Resource Management. Taryn also volunteers with several local non-profit organizations that deal with cultural bias.
A resident of Cedar Grove, NJ and proud single mother to her 17 year old daughter, Taryn enjoys playing golf, playing the piano, and traveling.
