Karen draws on over 20 years of HR experience to create impactful HR solutions and help build thriving organizational cultures for small to middle market businesses. Prior to joining Crothers Consulting, she has advised leaders at Citigroup,
Barclays, and ADP on various initiatives including, organizational reform, reduction-in-force, workforce planning, location strategy, compensation process and reward practices, talent assessment and succession planning, and complex employee relations issues.


She received her Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology from Boston College, Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University, and Organizational Coaching Certification from New York University. 


Karen is also active in her community in various capacities and has devoted her HR skills in such volunteer roles as a Job Coach for the JBJ Soul Kitchen and as an HR Consultant for Monmouth Arts.

Her favorite activities include making memories with her husband and two sons, traveling, and immersing in a good book.
