Karen draws on more than 25 years of HR experience to create meaningful HR solutions that help build thriving organizations. Her areas of expertise include:
Prior to joining Crothers Consulting, Karen advised leaders at Citigroup, Barclays, and ADP on a wide range of initiatives including organizational transformation, compensation processes and reward practices, talent assessment and succession planning, and complex employee relations matters.
She earned her Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology from Boston College, a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University, and an Organizational Coaching Certification from New York University.
Karen is also actively involved in her community and has contributed her HR expertise through volunteer roles with JBJ Soul Kitchen and Monmouth Arts.
In her free time, Karen enjoys making memories with her husband and two sons, taking long walks on the boardwalk, traveling, creating visual art, and immersing in a good book.
