The Empowering Leaders Coaching Cohort Program drives actionable, measurable results, and development for the participants and your organization.
1:1 coaching and group work will be utilized to address the ‘being’ part of leadership development by deepening self-awareness and fostering a mindset of empowerment. Leadership Circle Profile™ 360 assessment session + debrief, Leadership Development plan goals will also be included.
This program is delivered over 6-9 months.
