Coaching is among the most effective investments an organization can develop leaders which has been proven to enhance overall business performance.
Our coaching philosophy is simple:
Coaching Solutions:
The experienced coaches at Crothers Consulting can walk beside you on your journey. Our belief is that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole, but sometimes can use a coach to help them explore new areas, hold them accountable and ask meaningful questions.
Executive & Leadership Coaching
Our skilled executive coaches collaborate one-on-one with leaders to unlock their full potential and elevate both individual and organizational performance. The coach uses a structured, yet highly personalized, approach to identify areas of potential growth and improvement.
Where appropriate, confidential one-on-one interviews may be conducted with the leader’s manager and select colleagues or the leader may be asked to complete a confidential assessment (i.e., a coaching tool), to gather insights into personal motivations, triggers, strengths and areas for development. Using data from the interviews or the assessment(s), we will work with the leader to strengthen skills and capabilities to improve their leadership effectiveness and enable them to achieve long-term goals and sustainable results. A typical engagement starts at six months, with regular one-on-one coaching, as well as intermittent support in between via emails and phone calls.
Team Coaching
Team coaching is centered on enhancing trust, alignment, communication, collaboration, goal attainment and overall effectiveness. The goal is to help uncover blind spots and foster productive action planning. Using data from assessments, Crothers coaches delve into internal dynamics, stakeholder expectations, and strategic goals.
We strengthen team dynamics by providing honest evaluations of performance and direction, uncovering underlying beliefs that influence outcomes, and reshaping the team’s vision. Our customized development strategies prioritize clear, deadline-driven action plans, clarify individual roles, and reinforce accountability within the team’s renewed strategy. By emphasizing communication and collaboration, we create a culture where trust, effective conflict resolution, commitment, and a focus on results drive sustained organizational success.
Individual Life Coaching
Life coaching is a dynamic and creative partnership with a professional coach who helps you access your own wisdom and resourcefulness. Coaching provides structure and support for you to discover what you really want by listening to yourself more closely—your thoughts and your feelings. It involves experimenting with new mindsets and behaviors to move you forward and keep yourself accountable to your goals. One of the many benefits of coaching is the identification of your most deeply held values and your unique strengths so that you can more intentionally navigate forward with them serving as your compass.
Topics sometimes include—preparing for or experiencing a major life transition like a career change, retirement, or empty nesting; relationship building and deepening, rediscovering purpose and meaning when feeling aimless, accountability to move forward on an important and challenging life goal.
