Francine Esrig, Ph.D.

Francine Esrig, Ph.D. is a respected Talent Management Advisor, Executive Coach, and Industrial & Organizational Psychologist with over two decades of experience helping organizations align talent strategies with business goals, strengthen leadership and team effectiveness, and drive performance, engagement, and retention.


She brings a dual perspective as both a former corporate HR/Talent Executive and external consultant, giving her unique insight into the real-world challenges leaders face. Clients turn to her for support with organizational transformation, building cohesive teams, elevating leadership capabilities, and creating scalable, people-centered talent practices. Known for solutions that are practical, actionable, and grounded in behavioral science, Francine balances strategy with execution, brings clarity to complexity, and partners closely with leaders to deliver measurable results.


Francine has advised organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to high-growth startups across industries such as financial and professional services, technology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and entertainment. She works with C-suite executives, business leaders, CHROs, and high-potential individuals at pivotal points in their growth.


As a facilitator, she helps leadership teams foster clarity, trust, and alignment, whether navigating change or building new foundations. Her sessions create candid dialogue, strengthen accountability, and improve collaboration. As an executive coach, she partners with senior leaders and high potentials to deepen self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and executive presence, using a mix of assessments and 360 feedback to generate actionable development plans.


Francine earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a B.A. in Psychology from Brandeis University.


Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, tennis, fitness, and spending time with her children and close friends.
