She advises Fortune 500 companies, middle-market firms, high-growth startups, as well as family-owned and mission-driven organizations. Her clients span the C-suite executives, business leaders, CHROs, and high-potential individuals at pivotal moments in their growth.
Her work focuses on three primary areas:
Strategic Advisory & Talent Management Consulting
Francine is passionate about building workplaces where people thrive and businesses perform. She partners with senior leaders to design and implement talent strategies across the employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to performance management, leadership development, and succession planning — that drive engagement and align with business goals. She also leads large-scale change efforts and integrates people and cultures during transformations, restructurings, and mergers.
Team Development & Facilitation
Francine is a highly skilled facilitator of team meetings and offsites that foster clarity, trust, and alignment. Whether working with a newly formed leadership team or one navigating change, she helps teams define strategic goals, revisit shared norms and expectations, and improve how they work together. Her sessions create space for candid conversation, thoughtful reflection, and practical action — all aimed at strengthening accountability, communication, commitment, and performance.
Drawing on proven frameworks and a keen understanding of team dynamics, Francine also helps team members increase their self-awareness and better understand each other’s communication and interpersonal styles. Her facilitation blends insight, structure, and deep listening to create momentum, unlock collaboration, and ensure that teams leave more connected, aligned, and equipped to deliver results.
Executive Assessment & Coaching
As an executive coach, Francine works with senior business leaders and high potentials to develop greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, executive presence, and leadership impact. Her approach is both data-driven and human-centered. She incorporates quantitative (e.g., personality, emotional intelligence, job fit) and qualitative (e.g., 360 feedback interviews) assessments to surface key insights and build actionable development plans. Whether supporting leaders as they transition into new roles, navigate organizational complexity, or strengthen personal effectiveness, Francine creates a safe but challenging space that enables growth.
She is certified in and experienced with a wide range of assessment tools which she uses thoughtfully to enhance understanding and fuel meaningful conversations
Francine earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a B.A. in Psychology from Brandeis University.
